"The Connection" Supplying the Professional Aviculturist as well as the Pet Bird Owner with quality handfeeding syringe supplies. We will be adding more to the 'Supplements' as we grow. At Jems will supply our customers with quality bird / small animal supplies. The owner is experienced in the avian industry. We are a small mail order business just starting out. We have part time hours to start out and hopefully will grow to a full time company. The phone may not be answered at all times but we will return your call within 24 hours or sooner. You are welcome to place an order online or fax an order to our fax line 24 hrs a day. We are a part time company at this time. We do check the voice mail, answering machine, e-mail & the web site for orders or messages. We will answer or reply as soon as possible. Should you have any concerns, please leave an email message at 'send e-mail'. We ship all orders promptly. At Jems Place we are in stock on most of our current products at any given time. We update the web site daily with "out of stock" or "blank for in stock. We can usually have the product within 5 to 14 days for shipping if we are "OUT". Contact us for more information.
